About Me

Welcome! My name is EJ.

I am a neurodiversity-affirming speech and language pathologist. I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2015 with a Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology. I hold a Connecticut Department of Public Health license, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

In January 2023, I was diagnosed with a very aggressive and rare form of breast cancer. After many chemotherapy infusions, a major surgery, and 6 weeks of daily radiation, I am fortunate enough to be cancer free. I take on the world with this lived experience that impacts everything I do, say, and believe. I like to think that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I do what I love, and I love what I do.

I live in northern Connecticut with my husband and our 6 cats. In my free time, I am usually listening to music, experimenting in the kitchen, testing out new technology, or finding a new creative outlet!
